Aluminum Fabrication Capabilities

Extrusions

We have multiple extrusion presses, including 525-ton (2.5 in., 3.5 in.), 1050-ton (5.125 in.), and 1500-ton (6 in.) presses that can process aluminum 6061 for structural needs and 6063 for architectural purposes. Our versatile presses allow us to fabricate complex, custom aluminum extrusions with tight tolerances.

CNC Machining and Fabrication

Our CNC machining capabilities include CAD/CAM technology, live tool turning, OBI punch presses, and advanced 4-axis and 5-axis machines.

Anodizing Services

Our anodizing services create durable and attractive finishes on aluminum components. We offer Class 1 clear anodizing, Class 2 black anodizing, clear chromate, and satin finishes. These treatments enhance the aesthetics of aluminum parts while improving corrosion resistance and durability.

Powder Coating

Our environmentally friendly four-stage powder coating services can accommodate parts up to 12 feet long. Powder coating adds a durable and attractive finish to the part while protecting it from corrosion.
